production method | is obtained by the reaction of indoquinone and iodine monochloride. Mix indoquinone with anhydrous ethanol and glacial acetic acid, heat and reflux until fully soluble. When the temperature is raised to 90 ℃, iodine chloride is added dropwise under stirring. After adding, it is kept at 85-90 ℃ and the reaction is continued for 70min. Cool and filter to get red granular crystals. Wash with alcohol to neutral and dry (a small amount of crystals can be obtained after the mother liquor recovers the solvent). The finished product is obtained. The yield is over 80%. |
